Word Spanish Spell Check

Hello,

I have a problem whereby my Spell Checker in Word keeps defaulting back to Spanish. I have tried to change it but it will not work. This happened a while ago and seemed to self rectify but it has now appeared again. I have changed the Languages in Tools, Options and in Options under the Spell Check but no luck whatsoever. If this effects particular documents is there a way I can remove this??

In short, does anyone know of a fix for this?
