We have a Canon Imagerunner 550 copy machine set up as a network printer. When printing from another program, such as Adobe Acrobat, the print job collates as desired, and staples each set individually. When printing from MS Word 2000 SR-1, the print job is collated correctly, but all sets are stapled together as one document. Any ideas?

Word problem collating and stapling to Canon 550

Once again, I posted too soon. One of my part-time guys figured this out: The Imagerunner 550 collates automatically when it staples. We were checking the collate option in the Word print dialogue as well, so it confused the printer. Hope this helps someone.
