Word, printer asking for envelopes when printing labels

I have several users who when creating new labels in word, on trying to print them out, they are being asked to insert envelopes into the printer. Old labels print normally. any ideas?

Try File> Page Setup> Paper; is it set for envelopes? Are you using a template that has such a setting?
