[Snip] On a fresh restart, hit Start-Run and type regedit and hit enter. Browse to this folder: hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\office\8.0\word Right-click the Word folder and rename it to OldWord. If that doesn't work, you're going to need to completely remove Office using a program called Eraser 97, and then reinstall it. [Snip] Remember editing the registry is a risky business so probably a good idea to back it up before editing it. I hope this helps.
