Hi,

Found this on another site...but it was posted by Dreamboat (maybe one of the forum MVP's here!)

On a fresh restart, hit Start-Run and type regedit and hit enter.

Browse to this folder:

hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\office\8.0\word

Right-click the Word folder and rename it to OldWord.

If that doesn't work, you're going to need to completely remove Office using a program called Eraser 97, and then reinstall it.

Remember editing the registry is a risky business so probably a good idea to back it up before editing it.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

Peter
