word opens when I send an email

Hi All,


For a while each time I opened MS outlook, MS word opens. It was annoying but not a big deal. Now each time I send an email word opens.

Can anyone help me troublshoot this problem ?

sounds like word may be set as your default mail editor.

check under tools --> options --> format (in Outlook)

look at the "use ms word to edit email messages checkboxes"
