Customer is running Word 2003. When she opens a document, clicks on View/ Header/Footer, the Insert Auto Text, it inserts Japanese (or chinese or some asian language) characters. I've checked the Language settings in MS Office Tools, and there are no asian languages installed. I can't find any other settings to change. Any help?
