I have MS Word 2002 SP3 on XP and it works fine EXCEPT:
When I select Help>Word Help(F1) from the menu, the installer kicks in: Preparing to install...; Please wait while Windows configures Office XP; and then keeps cycling ad infinitum between these. I can only escape from the loop by pulling up the task manager and killing the installer and word help and word.
It does not do this from the administrator account on the same machine so there may be some privledge issues but I do not know what.
Any ideas what the heck is going on here?
