WORD Freezing In Citrix

I have 30 users on Citrix. Only one of them has this issue: Randomly, MS Word will freeze up, an error report is produced with a checkbox for saving work and restarting Word. This error continues to come up. Citrix has to be shut down and may or may not happen in the next session. Major issue is the loss of work at unexpected times. We have uninstalled Office on the server, recreated the user's account, and it persists. Appreciate any help.

i am fairly certain i can't help u. but....if u look at your post there is no info for anyone to troubleshoot. i.e. kind of error, versions, serv paks etc

Random freeze issues are usually related to the spell checker and/or the grammer checker. It's highly recommended that the grammer checker be disabled under Citrix because of it's high CPU usage. Try also temporarily disabling the spell checker to see if it solves your problem. It may be the result of a corrupt personal dictionary.
