Is it possible to configure exchange 5.5 to review incoming emails subject line for key words? My goal is to have exchange scan incoming emails befor delivery to clients for key words. For example words like free, xxx, porn, ect...I would like exchange to delete these emails and never deliver to the client. If this is possible, how? Details on the configuration please. Thanks in advance.

So the best thing I can do for SPAM filtering is message filtering? Any other tips? Trying to avoid the cost of a 3rd party software with the per client licensing.

yes, natively, the only thing you can do is filter domain names. the outlook client is capable of filtering by words found in the subject and/or body of the email, but that doesn't help you as far as blocking it at the entry point..
