I have run into a problem that I have not been able to resolve. Word will get an error "Visual Basic Environment Could Not Be Initialized" when starting. The user has power rights, but if I give them admin rights, it works fine. I have tried re-installing, repairing Office 2k. I have not been able to find a file or folder that I can change the security on to prevent them from getting this msg. I have tried creating a new normal.dot and also re-installing the vbe6.dll file. Any ideas?
