Word document all uppercase 3

I have a document that has been scanned in and is all in uppercase. I need to reformat it to normal captilisation but can't find anything within word 2002 that will do it for me, any ideas?

Highlight everything <ctrl-a> and then press <shift-f3> two times. That should switch everything to init. caps on paragraphs. However, proper nouns and other anomolies may occur. Matthew Moran
