Word docs only print in landscape although set to Portrait

Hi all,

Weird problem.... We are using Office XP (fully service packed) and I have one user who can only print Word docs in Landscape.

I have checked every setting I can think of to no avail. The settings all show that the orientation is set to Portrait yet all docs print Landscape. I have checked printer settings also and these are all set to Portrait. It also affects all documents so I can only put it down to being a specific Word problem.

I can print the same docs in Portrait on my machine and this user has printed the docs to three different printers and they all come out in Landscape!

Any words of wisdom?

First, try Word troubleshooting:

In particular: Step 3 and 5.

If that doesn't work, completely remove and reinstall the printer.
