Word doc with password/ need IN!!!

Hi, I have a word document that I need opened and modified for sizing issues but the guy who created it put a password on it, so i cant modify it.). I'm using word 2000 and I need to do it ASAP.

Have you tried accessing it while logged on locally as the administrator?
