Word cuts off bottom 1/4 ofpage

I have a very odd problem, when printing a document it cuts off the bottom 1/4 of the page. The doument shows up correctly when you open it in word but when you go to the print preview it cuts it off as well as when it is actually printed. I have verified the margin settings and the same document prints fine off another machine using the same version of office (Office 2003).

Any Ideas?

Do you have an envelope attached to the document? If so, it is a printer driver problem (a known printer driver bug) and you need to get the latest driver for your printer.

If not, it is probably just a corrupt printer driver. Try deleting the printer and then add it back again with a new driver.

Well it happens everyonce in a while on this machine and rebooting it fixes it. This is information provided later by the user when I was wondering why they weren't still calling every 5 minutes on the issue.

I'll try that next time the complaint comes up. Thanks
