Word: Avery Label Layout runs to second page

Hi,

Using Word 2003 to prepare a standard Avery L7161 Label run. This sizes as 3 labels wide by 6 labels down.

On a number of machines in the office, the labels do not fit on one page. Instead, the 6th row displays on a second page.

There is one pc however, which displays the labels correctly - all 6x rows on one page.

I have compared page sizings, changed to use the same printers, etc but cannot find any settings which differ.

Can anyone advise how we can fit the standard L7161 label sheet onto one page in Word?

Hi,

I'd check the page top & bottom margins. Set the bottom margin to ZERO and ignore any fix.
