Word as Email Editor 1

When I turn on the Word as my Email editor option in Outlook 2000, and then attempt to start a new email, I receive this error message
"This form requires Word as your e-mail editor, but Word is either busy or cannot be found. The form will be opened in the Outlook Editor instead".
I have Word 2000 installed and it is working correctly, Any suggestions.
