Word 97 - insufficent memory to display font

I've got several users running win 95/office 97 with 128mb ram and I'm getting the the following error :There is insufficient memory or disk space. Word cannot display the requested font.

I've checked the disk space, swap file etc ... any ideas??

Thanks... however they are only printing basic letters... no graphics..any other ideas???

Have you tried using a different font to see if the font may be corrupt?
