Here's the problem. We use the "Last Saved By" feature a lot because legal docs and RFPs are handed around the office and it's nice to know who made the last change to something.
When a document is created in Word2003, then modified and saved in WordXP, the "Last Saved By" does not update the user's name who edited and saved the document using WordXP.
But if a document in created in WordXP, then modified and saved in Word2003, the "Last Saved By" feature works fine and updates the the user's name properly. The feature also works perfectly if a document is created in Word2003, modified by someone using Word2003, then the user name is updated just fine in "Last Saved By".
Has anyone experienced this besides me???
