An interesting problem has occurred that is baffling. On our domain we have roaming profiles. We are using XP Pro - SP2 and have installed Office 2003. Users cannot open Word documents by clicking on it (saved on network drive or attachments sent via e-mail. Once the document is opened, can't highlight the text in documents or move cursor inside Word.
We are using the /a switch command suggested in Article 210565 on the Microsoft site. But that is a work-around and not a permanent fix.
This isn't a problem in Excel.
We have uninstalled and reinstalled the Office suite.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
