Hi all

Is there a way to globally accept only insertions when track changes is on? I know that you can go through a document and select the individual change to accept or you can gloablly accept all changes; however, the document the user is working on is fairly large and he doesn't want to take the time to go through every insertion change to accept it. Thanks for any help you may have....

An update to this post please. I didn't realize the user had Word XP...there is a way in Word 2003 to accept only changes that are showing; but, I did not see this in XP. So, this question is really for Word XP, not 2003. Sorry for the confusion...

I am confused. Is what you want to do is accept ONLY insertions? Accept insertions, but ignore any other changes?
