WORD 2002 VERY SLOW TO SAVE DOCS

Does anyone know how to resolve the very slow document saving on Word 2002. I have users with Word 2002 SP2, and it takes quite long to save a document compare to Word 97.

Thanks. I checked this and the Journaling was not enabled.
