Word 2002 printing borders

Our office has recently upgraded to Word 2002. Since then I have had trouble printing certain styles of borders (in particular borders of tables)
Printing a plain line is fine, however as soon as we switch this to a different style, eg dotted line, the document stay in the print queue attempting to spool. If you look at the document size in the print queue it sometimes increases to 2MB from a 500k document.
Our printers are Ricoh Aficio 450, and we have installed the lasted driver.
Any ideas???

That is not surprising at all. No worries there.

But if it's not the print driver, then it's the PC or it's Word. The only way that I'm aware:
