I have recently updated from Windows 98 to XP. When I install Office 2000, all the programs work except Word. The problem is that I get a message that Word has to close, sorry for the inconvience. I have found how to fix it on the knowledge database, but the solution offered does not work (Something to do will compatability). Does anyone know what else I can try??
