Hello everyone,
Recently one of our users discovered an odd Word problem associated with IE. Our software breakdown is as follows:
Windows 2000 Professional SP4
Office 2000 Professional SP3
Internet Explorer 5.5 SP2 as well as 6.0 SP1 (problem happens with both)
Here are the steps to replicate the problem:
1) Open a Word document.
2) Go to IE and open a Word document.
3) Hit "Back" in IE to get out of the Word document.
4) Go back to the Word document opened in step 1 and the buttons at the top will be frozen (at least for us). However, if you click to another application, then back to Word, the buttons unfreeze.
Anyone ever experienced this before? Any ideas on a solution? Thanks for any help.
Ben
