Word 2000 to 2002 document problem

Hi

I have a document which was created in Word 2000. It contains a picture which has been inserted in the header section of the document, and causes no problems in 2000. When I open the document in Word 2002, the picture inverts top - bottom i.e upside down.

Any ideas as to what this could be.
