Hello all. I have a question regarding templates in Word. Here's the problem: Our web person designed a template for customers to fill out with the intention of the fonts and design staying the same. But here's whats happening - the customers are copying and pasting text into the template. This copied text retains it's orginial font and size therefore negating the purpose of the template in the first place. I've tried creating sections, protecting the document and various other things. Found no ideas within Word help or technet. Any ideas would be most helpful! Or should we scrap the template and create it as a fill it form instead????
