Word 2000 problem

A user is getting one of two kinds of messages when she tries to CLOSE Word 2000.
One message is:
Word could not fire the event.

The other is:
Microsoft Visual Basic
An error occurred while loading 'ThisDocument'. Do you want to continue loading the project?
Yes No Help

Yes will crash the app, no will close it.

This is on a Windows 2000 SP2 PC (pathed current)
with Office 2000 (also patched current)
I've run a repair on it from the install CD. I've uninstalled it ( and ran Office Cleaning Tool), and reinstalled it, but the problem doesn't go away.

I just noticed you have posted this question twice: thread68-288398

In the note from Microsoft (224060), they mention Visual Basic and there is a link to a possible fix at the bottom, so take a look at that link.
