My user is in Word 2000. She's working on an existing document and prints it. All is well. She goes back in, makes a small change, goes to print preview and it looks good, but after printing, the margin on the left side is 3 inches and close to zero on the right. We need to know what she may have done that alters the document's margins so dramatically.

Thanks for any suggestions on this. She hasn't done any changes in the layout or formatting of the letter. No changes were made with margins either.

Thanks for any tips or advice in advance!

Hi,

Are you using duplexing? I have found some problems with alignment when using duplexing AND either DRAFT or NORMAL. If so, you might need to play around with those combinations.

Skip.

Thanks for the reply. I'll look into that and see what happens!
