Word 2000 no border at the bottom of printed page

When i put a full border around a document in Word it will appear in the document but in print review or when printed the bottom border is missing.
Can anyone help please

This is mostly because the printer you want to print out on cannot deal with a border that close to the edge of the paper. Making the borders larger is helpful.
