Following on from some outline numering problems I had yesterday ...
Does anyone know any way of inserting page numbers prefixed with the chapter number if the chapter does not begin with Heading 1 -- Heading 9 style.
I have a new section, and thus a new chapter, beginning with the style Appendix 1 (which is an outline numbered [A,B,C,D etc], level 1 heading). I'd like the pages to number A1,A2,A3 etc in a way that it's incorporated into the table of contents.
Essentially, I'd like to know if in the 'insert page number' --> 'format' screen, it's possible to select anything other than heading 1 ... 9 for the 'include chapter number' setting.
Any help would be much appreciated,
