wmrundll.exe error in Word 2000

Has anyone seen this error message in Word?

Error messages below:

The application, WMRUNDLL.exe, generated an application error. The error occurred on 12/04/2001. The exception generated was c0000005 at address 10001EF4.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think WMRUNDLL.exe is used with the novell client. Update to 4.81 and apply the patch to avoid memory leaks
