Having a problem with our Win 2000 Exchange Server. The Information Store service keeps stopping. And the admin gets the fallowing email from WMI@OURSERVERNAME

Queues - "Unknown"
Drives - "Unknown"
Services - "Error"
Memory - "Unknown"
CPU - "Unknown"

The Microsoft Exchange Information Store service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 32 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds: No action.
Have not found a cause or solution service starts fine then will stop itself between 10 and 30 minutes
The server has been rebooted and a copy of the Exchange database passed the integrity check.
Anyone seen this or have any suggestions?
