Anyone have or know of a good reference for WMI Queriable structures, e.g. the FROM bit of a WQL statement? Essentially I'm looking for a data definition type thing for the WMI objects. Also, any info on connecting to say a network adapter for performance monitoring, etc., will get you two stars. FYI, I've looked pretty extensively in MSDN and unfortunately their 5 million pages on WMI all contain the same four or five examples, none of which is comprehensive nor particularly useful.

Many thanks in advance,

Roarke

I feel your pain. I always assumed there was some magic book in the land of eBay that one must quest for in order to grasp full knowledge of the mystical WMI structure.

MS's documentation on it is a mix of in depth techno-muble jumble with no real content, and fluff. Most of what I've been able to find was trial and error, and googleing for other code samples.
