That's total station count....so the Legend can have all 200 stations..... single line sets ????

Yep, that is total. You could go with the MLX sets and MFM ext's. Then you would be able to have 272 stations. Yet, single line wise, 200 is all you could have, to max it out, it would be 3 T1 cards and the rest would be 016 T/R cards. 200 stations and 80 trunks.
