Have an Avaya cm 6.3 with pri trunks, weird request from customer that would like to block incoming caller id only to this 1 extension on the system, also wants it blocked going into the voicemail box from an Avaya Aura Messaging, (the envelope) is this even possible? I know how to block calls outbound just not inbound, any help would be appreciated!

update; not just 1 number but from any caller inbound to this one extension

If its a DDI to the station , you could try sending it to an X ported/virtual station first that then is forwarded onto the station in question , give it a individual COR then on page 3 of COR select mask CPN/Name for internal calls , there is also "block transfer displays" on page 2 may need to run it through a vector and a route to command ( just a suggestion no idea if it would work)

There are also a few special applications that you could try if running through a vector.

ACSS (UC/SBCE/SM/SME)

Not that they mean a thing anymore , get a brain dump pass the test crash the system.
