Wiring for phone sets 1

Can someone tell me if the digital sets used for the Starplus system use 1 or 2 pair wire?

All digital phones use single pair. They are generally wired using 2 pair as some use one pair, some the other. Also, some systems have a jack on the bottom of the phone that passes on the second pair for a S/L port.

The original Vodavi "Digital" system actually used 2-pair. DHS, STS, Infinite & XTS systems use 1-pair.
