We purchased a Plantronics wireless headset for our m2250 console. Unfortunately, every time the operator powers up the headset, the console goes into Night Mode! Just as if the wired headset 2-prong adapter was removed. Have tried various settings on headset receiver with no luck. Any thoughts? Or, does anyone have any recommendations for another wireless model we might try? Thanks.

The console detects when there is a transmitter connected to the headset jack. So you would probably have to leave the headset on all the time.
I don't see the advantage of a wireless headset at the console. You cannot answer or transfer calls without being at the console anyway.

Plantronics has 11 compatible headset solutions for the 2250 console, none of them are wireless. They have a compatibility guide on their website. Or you could talk to their support group to see if they have any additional solutions that are wireless.
