Hello
My girlfriend and I both have Billion 7500g routers and broadband at our houses. We share a laptop between us and it moves between both houses. I would like to enable WEP on the networks but am unsure how to do it so that the move between the AP's in each house is transparent to the laptop. The 7500's are configured identically with ssid's, ap name and IP addressing. The laptop has a static IP and works perfectly at both residences. Any help appreciated.

There should be no problem with this - we have a setup with 11 AP's of a similar nature, and our devices are unconcerned which AP they are using. As long as the ssid and wep key are the same, you should be able to talk to them both. The only difference I could think of would be if you set any MAC address security up, as your AP's will be different there.
