After cleaning thelaptop with anti-spyware programs,I lost wireless connectivity. This problem was fixed temporarily with XP Service Pack 2 . Now, I am unable to connect to the internet again. Says-Cannot renew IP address. Another laptop in the same network works fine. I ran winsockXP fix to no avail. Please help
