Wireless 3631 Phones - Cannot see corporate wireless network

We're trying to get our new 3631 WI-FI phones working but the phones cannot see our corporate wireless network. Any ideas of what we need to do?

Did you fill in the correct SSID en set the encryption key ?

also, those phones do not function correctly until the firmware is upgraded...

My phone updated the firmware when it connected to the network.

Have you got other wireless phones that DO work ?

I have implemented multiple 3631 phones to multiple customers and they function wonderfully.

Maybe time to check the wlan-controller, could be it won't allow new clients to attach (rogue stations)...
