WinXP Pro roaming profile load is way slower than Win2K!!!

Hello! I have an issue with people on the network who are able to load their roaming profiles almost instantaniously on Windows 2000 Professional PCs, but they are taking upwards of 10 minutes to load the same profiles on WinXP pro PCS and some dont even load at all.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
