WinXP Pro not able to read CDR's

Greetings,

I have burned a setup executable on a CD-R using Adaptec ver 3.5. on a W98SE system. When I insert the CD in a WinXP Pro system I receive a " File is corrupt or damanged." error message. It works fine in all my other W98SE systems.

Any thoughts?
