Winworkr.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows

" winworkr.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. ...."

The error message above arised when I ran the client initited backup ( with networker user gui ) or server initiated backup ( with networker administrator gui ) and then the networker client gui closed by windows immediately.

My OS is Windows 2000 SP 2.

Any one of you have ever experienced this problem ?
