Migrating from two NT4 servers to two WIN2k3 servers, currently all replicated, migrated all the DHCP users, any listed and 'official' Windows servers, NAS is being done soon but is there a way of seeing if any WINS requests are being made to the old NT4 WINS servers before I start the process of turning them off?

Do you have Exchange? If you do then you need to run WINS somewhere on your network.
