Do you have another box running as dhcp-server?
Do you include the wins-settings through dhcp?
If so, just change the wins-ip in the dhcp server to the new server. Wait until everyone has got the new settings (default=3 days?). Then turn off the first server.
If you have static Wins-information on the clients you can change them manually and then make the switch.
