WINS database replication

Hello,

I have just added a new W2k DC(this is not the master DC) to our network and installed WINS and it is a push/pull partner of our first WINS server on a NT4 box.
The plan is to phase out our NT4 server (ex primary dc)but we still need WINS untill all NT4 workstations are gone.
My question is how can I be sure that the WINS db is replicated on both machines? and all NT4 clients will still be able to join domain if the old pdc is down, of course the clients must have the secondary WINS address in IP properties.

Search for WINS records on the 2000 box in WINs and see if they are the same as in the NT4.0 box?
