Wins Anyone?

Please can some advise me how to setup to Wins servers. I currently have two sites which are connected with a 2mbp pipe, which is just used for Internet. I am rebuilding the PDC at the second site as a BDC for the main site with the internet connection etc, and wish for all of the company to be on the same domain rather that a domain at each site. How do I confirgure the Wins?. I have never done this before.
