WINS 1c entries

In WINS the 1c entry (lists domain controllers) is able to hold 25 entries, however we have more than 100 domain controllers.

Does anyone know how/if you can block/stop the registration of 1c entries either at the WINS server or at the domain controller end and not affect the function of the domain controllers.

I know this can be done by using static WINS entries, but we don't want to use any static entries.
