In order to help identify the problem you will want to right click on My Computer and select properties. Go to the Startup/Shutdown tab and de-select the "Automatically Reboot" option.
Now, if a fatal error occurs you should see a Blue Screen error/dump. The information on this screen may help to isolate where the problem lies.
If it continues to reboot without warning I would start considering a hardware issue of some degree. Possibly bad memory or motherboard. If it is being caused by an errant driver, bad app, or misconfigured resources it should be trapped by NT and a Blue Screen condition should occur.
