WinMgmt.Exe - Application Error

Hi there !!
I am getting the following error.. when i start any application..

The instruction at "ox77fcc663" referenced memory at "0x007d3743". The memory could not be written."

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program.

Actually, i was installing the IIS 5.0 and side by side making one doc file.. all of sudden system stucks and i had no other option apart from rebooting the machine. When i did... i start getting the above mention error at windows startup or when i wish to start any application... Please help me to get rid of this error..

Reset your pagefile to 0 min and 0 max; and apply. Then rest the pagefile size to its original settings and reboot.

No Bcastener i don't think so.. Its a paging issue.. But i went with your suggestion.. Its not sort out my problem..

Any other suggestion is most welcome !
